Jai Medical Systems, Managed Care Organization

The worst MCO to deal with. I called more than 30 Primary Care Physicians that they listed on their website and they all said they dont take Jai. Most of them dont even know what Jai is. One person explained to me that Jai is hard to bill and nobody takes them. If you were assigned Jai as your MCO, change it asap. Its been months and I still could not receive care because of them.

Danielle was my call service rep that helped me today and she was AMAZING !!! I cant thank her enough she was very patient & professional! she made sure that my needs were met no matter how long it needed to take so that I & my son was covered, thank you danielle youre the best and youre so sweet !

I have two little ones 3 & 2 in for some reason once I got on the phone with my representative Denise they started cutting up through the rooftop I'm telling the kids I'm on the phone taking care of business they still screaming in crying daddy I had too tell Denise too hold for one second several too tend too the kids in not one time did I get a huff or puff from Denise she was born too help people the way she conducted herself too understand people is unmatched never lose that Denise I've been with Jai Medical for over ten years in I've always LOVED how simple it was too get a appointment and too get your meds Jai Medical is the best with Denise representing and working for them there great I know she's gone too do great things THANK YOU again Denise for being there when I really need it Thank you!!!
