Five One Eight is our go-to contractor for all remodeling and fix-it work. Recently, we put our Baltimore condo on the market. The home inspection turned up that some electrical work might be questionable under the current code. We placed a quick call to Matt and the gang Five One Eight. They sorted out the wiring, the home inspection was favorable, and we sold the condo. Thanks, Matt! Another job well done.

Five One Eight has went over and above in the work we have contracted with them to do. Not only are we working with them through a whole home remodel, but they are also doing our window replacement. Our one very large window, took an entire day to remove and replace. They stayed until after 9 p.m. to complete. The quality of workmanship has been beyond our expectations compared to our past experience with contractors. Matt has been an absolute pleasure to work with and has been very responsive and thorough.

We had two external doors replaced. The price was fair and they were high quality Pella doors. The workers put down drop clothes inside our house and were great about cleaning up after they finished. The work quality is great! My new doors have cleaner trimming, better caulking, and a fresher look. Would definitely recommend.

We are so glad that Matthew and Five One Eight Contracting was suggested to us by a friend. From the moment we reached out to request an estimate of the cost, to the completion of the work, Matthew has been super responsive and always ready to listen and help us making the right decision. He has listened to our concerns and answered an infinite amount of question. He responds quickly and he makes sure to visit the site multiple times during the project to make sure the the work performed is impeccable. All the crew members were very polite and a pleasure to work with. When the work was finished, they cleaned any debris left behind and they came back a few times to make sure everything was up to Matthew's high standards. The work and craftmanship is oustanding! We are looking forward to do more work at our house with Matthew and Five One Height Contracting. Highly Recommended!

Five One Eight Contracting completed the labor for a full bathroom remodel. I had not planned the timing of the remodel project. However, a failed tub drain that would have required some demolition to repair convinced me to move forward with complete demolition and remodel of the bath. Five One Eight was great to work with. The owner provided me with a detailed and reasonably priced estimate. The owner and work team were sensitive to my need to have the bathroom's basic facilities back in service quickly. Five One Eight built for me a spectacular large format porcelain tile Euro style shower as part of my beautiful new bathroom.
