I had two different employees lie to me about their return policy. After checking the website and asking them if they had a different policy than the one on the website one of the employees finally honored the official policy.

I have been traveling to this location to get my hair done with Brianna for a few years now. Shes the master hair stylist in the hair department & is a so talented in her craft! I always have a hard time figuring out what I really want to do & what my hair needs. With Brianna as my stylist, I always end up leaving with it better than I could imagine every time! Her kindness radiates and her attention to detail is impeccable! Overall the team at the salon is always a welcoming space. You can tell everyone works together and is supportive of one another. Its such a warm& uplifting experience! Much more than a hair appt. Thank you all.

Went in today for several gift with purchases. And they had all the signs up but didnt have one of the gifts with purchase. Not one. I recommended they take down the sign. They told me they couldnt. So i feel there was some false advertising. I like Ulta but come on.
