They were able to get me in their schedule quickly, and when I arrived to drop off my vehicle, the owner stood right up to assist me while Heather was busy in the phone. Heather, at the front desk, was very communicative and quick to respond throughout - she is the best!! They fixed my front end damage in just a few days and I am so so grateful.

Well, Allen and Marry are phenomenal! This was the first time Ive ever had an unfair collision. My car (Mercedes Benz) was hit and dented badly while I was taking my car out of park and the funny thing was that I was found guilty (I still dont know why!) Anyway, my car wasnt drivable so I towed it to the auto body shop as my insurance recommended. Unfortunately, they were busy for a month to take care of it. So, I called 3 more auto body shops in this area that had the same or worse schedule. Finally, when I was completely hopeless, I went to Collision Center of Cockeysville in person. At first, Allen refused to take my car because his schedule was busy at that moment. As he has a kind heart and nice personality, he accepted to take care of it that means a lot to me and Im so grateful to him forever!
