The service advisor was excellent. Unfortunately, even though Id made the appointment for 2 Audi recalls with details in advance, none of the parts had been ordered and my service appointment lasted five days. I am glad I asked for a loaner and even more grateful that a loaner was available as it seems I was the last one to get a car that day. I still have one unresolved issue with the recall service that was completed and hope to get that resolved this week. Im sure part of my experience is due to the number of recalls happening to the volume of cars and the current auto industry in general.

I was referred to Nick Cohen to buy a used car and boy am I glad I found Nick and his team at Audi Hunt Valley. They were extremely helpful in finding a car which met my current needs and they always made me feel like a V.I.P. everytime I walked into the showroom. Nick was patient and was attentive to my budget as well as the bells and whistles I wanted. The financing process was painless and they made sure I received the best possible term. Thank you Team Audi and especially Nick for putting me in the perfect car!

The employees at Audi in Hunt Valley are very respectful and courteous. They make sure that customers a comfortable and understand everything that is being done to the vehicle. I was called several times with updates on the progress of my car and before I got off the phone I was asked repeatedly do I have any questions, was what I explain clear and did I understand. I felt very comfortable with the workers because they where very sincere. I give them 10 stars all the way.

We ordered a Hybrid Q5 from Audi Hunt Valley in August, 2021 and a year later we're still waiting for it. In late April, we were told that the vehicle finally had arrived at the Port of Baltimore and due to a shortage of trucks, it could take several weeks to be transferred to the dealership in Hunt Valley. After hearing no update for over three months, I contacted the salesperson, who did not answer my email. I then called the Sales Manager who promised to investigate why the car was still sitting at the Port and call me back the next day. After a week, he has not called. I left a voice mail yesterday for the Audi Division General Manager. I understand the delays due to chip shortages, supply chain issues, high fuel prices, etc. My issues with this dealership stem from a lack of communication and disregard for normal customer relations.

I bought a new car from Audi Hunt Valley from a neighboring state. I traded in another late model vehicle and paid $10k over the MSRP as they had a car that I wanted. Before the car was delivered, the finance manager made several urgent calls to me and sent me invoices for various packages that he aggressively tried to get me to buy. Having bought many-many high-end new cars, I knew what I wanted, but that did not stop the hard sell or my having to ask that the charges be taken off the sales orders couple of times and then was even stuck with a $640 that I didnt want and had no use for, but I wanted to get the deal done and I didnt have any more time to spend on the issue. What I really wanted from the finance manager was my auto registration and license plates sent to me and the transfer of the old car completed. Two months latter my temporary tags are expired, and I still have no registration and I live in a state and town where tickets are aggressively written for no registration anytime you park in public parking. I send several emails to the finance Manager, the salesman and the sales manager and left multiple phone messages over a week and absolutely no response from anyone. Yesterday I received a notice from Chase Auto that my old car is about to be repossessed and they refer me to a law firm handling the matter. I put a call into Tony the General Manager and receive no response. What can I do? Im at a total loss? I have never dealt with an organization so devoid of customer service, so incompetent and so done with you as soon as they get all the money they can from you in their deal. Stay Away!!!
