        Michael gave me an excellent haircut. I work up the road in Sparks and have been going to Great Clips in Timonium; however, they closed that location, so I searched on Google maps for a nearby barber shop. Really happy Anita's popped up, because I made a same-day appointment with whoever was availble around lunch time. Much better haircut that I've ever had a Great Clips - Michael really did a nice job with my very unruly locks! I'm pscyhed to have a new barber so close to where I work!

      I am so sorry to hear this. I reconize your name but cant remember what we did, I do know I would not literally cut one or two swipes and let you go. I have been in business for 7yrs, you are the first one to complain about me . I will happily give you a full refund, please stop in and I will write your name down for the other barbers to give you a full refund. Could you please let me know what day you came in? again please come in for a refund, I do not want anyone to feel like paying for service feels like a donation. I also noticed that your last reviews on google are all one star , that says alot. but please come in for a refund. Anita
