Large body shop. Good rating. Lifetime warranty on work, as long as you own your vehicle. Friendly staff. UPDATE: I got an appointment in March '24 and the work was completed quickly. The staff were knowledgeable and worked with my insurance company. The vehicle looks as good as it did new. I've had less than great experiences in the past at other body shops, so after this great experience, I'll be going to the AutoNation Collison Center for all future repairs!

Took awhile to get an appointment, but once in the shop the work was done quickly. Joe secured a rental car for me while my car was in the shop. Everything ran smoothly, absolutely no problems. Highly recommend.

If I could put zero stars I would. Called this collision center to see if they were a good fit to repair my vehicle through insurance. This company only caters to the insurance company. Regurgitated information like a robot when it comes to insurance claims and lacks the capacity to assess the vehicles themselves to make sure that everything will get fixed. I've never been met with so much aggression, hostility, and combativeness when trying to bring them money. They couldn't even guarantee me that they were not going to use aftermarket non authentic parts even though i told them that i had authentic paets and that the insurance had a responsibility to restore my car to its peevious condition. Definitely going to write corporate. All of their staff lack knowledge and are rude. By the end of the call I simply told them that I was no longer interested in their business. They literally suggested that a state farm Adjuster come out to make it easier for them to do their job and an estimate as opposed to looking over the vehicle themselves and fixing what made sense. Obviously they have no sense. So glad I called before I came. I could tell from the phone call that they had no idea what they are doing. Would never come here ever. I only chose this place because they are the connected business to the hunt valley dealership up the street. I almost made the worst decision ever.
