PAL Real Estate Group and PAL Property management is a scam. He's a real person and when you meet him he will lure you with kindness but I will never forget how he played me. I was a tenant at a property he managed and not only was I locked out of my home due to a faulty lockbox/keyfob more than 13 times in a year, when I moved out Dec 2023, he refused to allow me to be present for inspection or give me my security deposit. I had to hire a private investigator to find him because he stopped all communications. Paul Lewis I will see you in court.

Found Paul by accident and grateful that I did. I have been managing my own property for more than five years and it has been a struggle. Since hiring this company I have had 0 worries. I've had issue upon issue with a bad tenant and trying to recover and restore my property. Upon hiring I was assisted with General maintenance, a leaking roof, HVAC repair among many other things. Most importantly property management. I receive payment and do not have to deal with the tenant AT ALL. Everything js handled professionally through receipt and electronjc record. Beautiful.
