Ms. Fullwood was a joy to work with. She responded quickly to my inquiry and accommodated my ever changing schedule. She also verified she was able to provide the service I needed prior to the appointment, thereby saving time. Ms. Fullwood arrived early for our appointment and was completely prepared. It is rare to find such a consummate professional. I wish I had known about her before I wasted my time going to three other notaries who were not licensed to provide what I needed.
