        Came in today to upgrade my phone and Rocky was the absolute BEST!!! He explained everything and got me what I wanted as far the phone, plan and accessories!! He DEFINITELY is a great asset to T-Mobile!!!

        This was the absolute worst phone store and company Ive ever had to deal with. I needed to switch my phone to one account from another. I spent 5 days going back and forth with the customer service over the phone and in store to get my issue corrected. I dont know what was the worst experience; the people who work in the store are about sales and basic customer service knowledge or customer service. If you need help above that they will keep referring you to customer service who will then keep sending you back to the store. I finally put down my foot and stayed at the store until my issue was resolved (somewhat) which took over an hour with them and customer service. All this to say if youre not buying a phone or paying a bill, the TMobile representatives in the Clinton MD store cant help you because they dont know how too.
