I have been using Singleton & Associates for over 10 years now. They are always responsive to my questions and concerns and have provided valuable advice and directions on all thing tax.

They have helped me and my family understand the tax law. She was very patient with me ensuring I had all the documents to claim all allowable exemptions.

Singleton and associates are terrible. Please believe me. They are not professional,they are never in the office. They are slack at submitting your taxes.I really shouldn't say they because she really works alone on your taxes and because she is "overworked" she is very forgetful. When you try to get your tax problem fixed she conveniently gets sick or has a family emergency. This has been a cycle for about 2 years now. The first year I gave her the benefit of the doubt, but this is the second year. I have since found someone better. Please don't go to this place. Ohh and her mother is the secretary and her husband or son sometimes answers phones. So the "office" is one and will provide you no help.
