I always liked KS products but the manager here was incredibly rude and raised her voice at us. Never going to return.

I work in this outlet center at another luxury store and I entered the store on my break with one of my sales associates to see what sales they where running in addition to new products. Upon entering the store, we were greeted politely by one associate, but that was extent of my positive experience. We approached the jewelry table and were standing there taking a look at the new products they had recently put out and were comparing prices, and within 1 minute of standing there, another employee who seemed to be either a manager or supervisor walked towards the table and stood adjacent to us and was aggressively staring at us with her arms folded, without even asking if we were finding everything okay. We were very uncomfortable and immediately left as she was clearly profiling us as shoplifters standing near smaller items that could easily be stolen. As a sales supervisor myself, this experience horrified me and is further reason to NEVER shop this location or brand ever, as it is retail 101 to never stare or hover without offering assistance, that is how you drive clients out of the store. It is an insult to the term designer and luxury, when you have employees that conduct themselves in such a distasteful manner, and this is the complete opposite of the brand's image as bubbly, fun, and cute when you have such cold employees. I have had several poor encounters with employees at this location, but this experience was the nail in the coffin. I would give this Kate Spade location 0/5 stars if I could.
