This store has a different selection than another location in Maryland. It is a bit more stocked with an ample selection of dresses and polos. Staff is always helpful making for a great shopping experience. There is a sale on something or the other in this store.

I buy clothes online through Brooks Brothers on occasion and have the benefit of having a physical store close that I can use for returns when they don't fit or are not what I expected. Last Saturday 9/10 at around 11 am I approached the counter to return a few items and the man behind the counter was congenial until I mentioned that I was returning at which point his demeanor instantly changed and he became aggressive and argumentative. I expected better from a brand that presents itself as classy as Brooks Brothers does but this experience and the noticeable decline of their product quality has led to the decision that I will no longer buy their product. It's a shame to see the standards drop among these high end brands but it seems to be a trend.
