Called them out to fix my fridge freezer. Came the next morning, diagnosed the problem, got the part the same day, and got it up and running that afternoon. So far so good.

Call them to have my refrigerator fix because it wasnt making ice. I was told they needed to replace a part which the repair cost a little over $300. A few hours after the repair was done I let the repairman know it still wasnt making ice and I was told that it takes 24 hours so I waited. After a few days I let him know that it still not working. He comes back to check I dont know if anything was done that day and again was told it would take 24 hours and if it still didnt work then they needed to replace another part. I dont know anything about repairing a refrigerator thats why I call them but from what I can tell they dont know either. I would have appreciated them being honest and telling me they dont know and that there would a chance that something else was the problem but instead I was told that would fix the problem. I ended up paying to replace a part that didnt need to be replaced. I wont be calling them again.

These guys are great. Showed up when they said they would, fixed washer in no time. Fair price. I will definitely call them anytime for appliance repair!
