Federal Title & Escrow Company (FTEC) was extremely easy to work with during closing on my first condominium purchase! Throughout the 30 day closing they communicated what needed to be completed by me in a clear and timely fashion. My lender REALLY dropped the ball on my closing day (sent the closing documents 6 hours after my scheduled closing appointment time) and the FTEC closing attorney stayed over an hour after their office closed to go over the closing documents with me prior to signing each document so I could close on the desired day. I'd highly recommend their services!
