Mia helped my wife and I purchase a rental property and she did a great job being available when I needed her throughout the entire process. Last year my wife and I decided we were ready to start looking for our first home. After asking for recommendations, we got lucky and were referred to Solomia in late March of 2021. Right away we could tell she was a great match for us. During our first in-person meeting we discussed the entire house-buying process and told her about about ourselves and what we were looking for. I appreciated how up front she was during that initial meeting as she told us what would be possible with our budget and what wouldn't be, and explained the ins and outs of the process. Her general attitude and approach made us feel feel confident that we'd find something perfect for our needs and we'd have fun along the way. At the end of our first meeting she told us she would find us a house by June and indeed she did! Throughout the time we worked with her she sent us listings and recommendations of places to visit and was always available and quick to respond to our many, many emails. She helped us narrow down our options and really figure out what we were willing to compromise on and what we weren't. After searching for a few months, we found a great place and made our first offer. With her guidance, we were able to close on our dream house within a few weeks and navigate the potentially overwhelming pile of paperwork and logistics associated with home ownership. We couldn't have done it without her and would happily recommend her to anyone and everyone, not only for her real estate expertise, but because she is a pleasure to work with!
