        They can't help in a professional way. Even the agent can't answer the phone and not calling back make me confused about my commercial auto payment. It needs a revised management system.

        This insurance company has to be one of the worst companies Ive ever dealt with. Im just trying to make a payment and I cant get an answer for the last three days and I still have not been able to get in touch with anyone about my existing policy. I would not recommend this to anyone. Im trying to find a different company with better customer service.
