Dr. G and Dr. Wood are both very good. I went to Dr. Kesten before and I appreciated that it was simple dental care. Not trying to push you to do extra, but examining and caring for your teeth. Talking through options when there are choices that have different pros and cons. I primarily see Dr.G, and the hygienists Ive seen have been nice and competent as well.

I couldnt be happier with the dental care I am receiving from Dr. G and the friendly Team at Smiles Elevated, which includes regular cleanings and Invisalign treatment. The care I receive has always been thoughtful and personalized, and I feel cared for and valued as a patient. I recommend them without hesitation!

I have been receiving dental services at this location for 16 years. The previous dentist, Dr. Kesten, was warm and friendly, and his people skills were commendable. I just figured that he would be my dentist until the day I died. Well... Dr. Kesten retired two years ago, and I was devastated. He had been the family dentist for so long, and I trusted his work and his opinion on our dental care. When I received notice of his retirement, I had no idea what to expect from his successor. I had figured that it would be a nightmare trying to adjust to an entirely new office of people, especially MY dentist. When I first visited the newly named Smiles Elevated Chevy Chase dental office, my expectations were low. I was prepared to pick apart everything that was not Kesten. When I entered the reception area, there was no one waiting. This was a plus because I hate to wait, and there was no change here. I waited about 5 minutes and was sent back to the dental chair. I was sure that her people skills would need improvement since the dentist looked relatively young. Dr. Wood explained every move that she was making. She had so many digital tools. I was thrust into a new era of dentistry. She thoroughly described her procedures and showed me the areas of concern. There was no doubt that Smiles Elevated could be trusted and back up all of her findings. The precision of her instruments was far better than the tools of the past. Dr. Wood and the staff were very personable and professional. I have since made several visits to the office, and each interaction has been above pareach subsequent visit involved more technology. The care and level of customer service are exceptional. I will miss Dr. Kesten; however, he should be proud that he left his patients in great hands. Make an appointment. You won't be disappointed. You can tell them that Nina sent you (lol).
