Crescent Plaza Condominium

I urge anyone looking to live in this building to look elsewhere. The management system is set up so that there is no accountability for unethical behavior, leaving the residents with no solution. This is not the case of one peeved person putting a bad name on a good building, this is a legitimate problem for many people in this building who have no solution because the management has no form of being held accountable and is able to do whatever they want (unethical and bias fees, delayed fee processing for 3-6 months, doing drugs within the building). It’s a tragic system with no solution.

We have owned a condominium in Crescent Plaza for five years and we love it. The building is in a stellar location in downtown Bethesda, walkable to metro and tons of restaurants. Its right on the Capital Crescent Trail, too. The condo fees are lower here than other buildings in Bethesda. The building is quiet - I never hear my neighbors- and we love the condo management. Faith and Carlos have been managing the building for years and they are fair, responsive, and just generally lovely people. They know us by name and are always quick to make sure the community is supported. This is a great place to live!!
