Stopped in this rite aid on our way to Virginia. Was specifically looking for tiger balm and couldnt find it. Although it was out of stock, the associate working- Steven - was very helpful. He knew of two places in the store it could be located and helped me look for it. I NEVER leave reviews but this associate had awesome customer service skills. He greeted everyone when they came into the store and as they were leaving told them to have a great night and to stay safe in weather. He knew where everything in the store was and he was very kind a personable. Very great at his job. It honestly was a refreshing experience! Steven deserves a raise!!!

Since relocating to the area several years ago, weve used this location and had consistent positive experiences with several pharmacy employees which has been awesome. However, there are two gentlemen who are so rude, its unbelievable! They dont say Hello, they say Yeah?and theyve been perpetually unhelpful multiple times over the years, as well as generally unpleasant. But yesterday was the worst lack of customer service Ive ever received! I went through the drive through and had my sick child in the back (she was out of school and awaiting the results of a Covid test so I didnt want to bring her in the store.) I asked for Rite Aide brand Benadryl (our dog was having an allergic reaction, his eyes were severely swollen&his vet tech said he needed Benadryl) and the the man, maybe named Hahn, said No! He refused to get it for me. I said theres a sign in the window that says over-the-counter meds will be sold. He said they were swamped and he would not be getting me anything! Mind you I was the only one in the drive through and there was no one in the store and the parking lot was abandoned. Although the ladies in the department are beyond professional, kind, and competent, there have been too many instances of like so this is the final; my family of five will be taking our business elsewhere.

Zero is not a possible entry. Want to be treated with disrespect and dismissed as a customer? Come here. I ordered through RiteAid wellness online for curbside pickup. I decided to go in instead. No record of my purchase. The manager, Holly, was extremely pleasant and apologetic. She made it good after about 10 minutes of searching. I have an appointment for my Covid booster tomorrow. As I was in store and we have a large storm coming to the area today/tomorrow, I asked the pharmacist kindly if I could get it now instead he responded to me in a nasty, hateful manner. What? So whatyou just come in tomorrow he said. Rude, nasty. No greeting, no salutation simple dismissal. As the man before me was honored with his booster with the same request, I believe I was denied due to my gender. There were 5 people in the entire store, myself included. No reason to dismiss my request let alone for the obnoxious treatment. By the way, all of this at the hands of the individual who did not fulfill my original online order and have it ready. He also treated both me and the store manager like a dog while we were trying to fill MY order in his department. No time for that, of course, but was very capable of being rude in spades as well as plenty time to answer his personal phone during this process. The irony.. Used to use this store exclusively when I lived in the area. NEVER again. Unprofessional, unhinged service . Enough.

Recently, I stopped by to shop in your store when I locked my keys in my car. I would like to compliment your employee, Hunter, for going out of his way to help me with my crisis. He is to be commended. I will shop in your store more frequently because of the kindness of your management and employees.
