I struggled all afternoon trying to find a place that I could bring my dog. I found this place, and gave them a call. I was given a price over the phone, but I expected to walk in there, and have a fee for this, and a fee for that. But I was totally wrong. These gals were very kind, and compassionate. The price quoted was indeed what I paid. The staff that works here are amazing. During a very difficult time, they all made me feel comforted, and were genuinely caring, and kind. Thank you so very much for handling our Raven girl with care, and compassion. We are beyond grateful.

my cat came in with suspected UTI, she was in a lot of pain so i brought her in. they brought us right into a room, they were very open with the estimate. my cat was there from open to close, but only because she was noncooperative and wouldnt pee for them to collect, however they didnt make we wait around all day, they told me to head home and i could pick up later which was a much better option for me. i seen others in and out fairly quick, so it seems like they were pretty on time. dr bryant told us what was going on by phone and also talked with me for about 10 mins at the end in what the best course of action would be. pricing is much much less than an ER vet. i feel the pricing was VERY fair and probabaly pretty close to our regular vet pricing. i would 100% go back if needed. my fat girl seems to be feeling slightly better after just 2 days.
