I Came today at this branch at 10.08 am on 24rth Jan 24..The lady at the cashier MALLIKA MUHAMMAD was very polite, courteous with excellent banking services..Definitely I rate her 5 star ---she deserves an appreciation..

I have been a Wells Fargo customer, banking and investment, for nearly 20 years. So I would have expected it to be relatively easy to redeem a couple of savings bonds. Not so. You can see someone at the bank branches only by appointment. After making an appointment, having specifically stated my purpose, and waited more than a week, I went to the bank just now. Not only did she immediately announce that she couldn't help me, the indifferent hippopotamus sitting behind the desk in the office could not be bothered to greet me as if I'm an actual person, or even make eye contact. Unbelievable.

Do not open an account here because they refuse business if you are a walk-in for any problem. You will have to make an appointment week later to talk to a banker, first bank that does that in my life time.

2 :30pm on a Tuesday and there is only one teller working. Unacceptable.

I lost my wallet cc included had to pay for something that day they gave me no help. Better yet made it seem like its my fault and they would not let me get my money out. I will be closing my accounts and referring friends and family to move banks.
