    I went to rent a uhaul off St. Barnabas road. They did not have one but the young man was able to find and book one for me at Malboro Pike. When I went to Malboro Pike, the vehicle was ready. The staff was professional and ready to serve me. Thank you for such great attitudes and prepareness.

    I've rented from this location several times in the past but this time was especially worth a review. First, Ms. Santana is AMAZING! I can't say enough about her. I needed a last minute rental and the entire staff were collectively very helpful with getting me the 10' truck I needed shortly before closing on a rainy day mind you. I expected some attitude, I received the complete opposite. These ladies were fast, knowledgeable and had me on my way in perfect timing. However, by the time I dropped the truck back off, it was after hours and so I did the unthinkable. I accidently left my purse in the rental. Ms. Santana called me the next morning before I even realized where I had left my purse. She could've been dishonest and took everything. NOPE, she held it for me until I was able to pick it up. That's really rare these days I can't thank her enough for it. I don't want to take away from anyone else's experience but I will say a little bit of kindness and understanding will go a long way. The staff here work really hard to provide good customer service. I absolutely recommend this location.

    I don't usually do this but this is to save a lot of others from accidents and horrible experiences like mine( Please try read). I have done rentals here for a while and had issues from gas and millage irregularities but waved it and let go, (a dark lady and another gentleman attends to me in a helpful way hence my returning). Last year, I got a truck that looks good but there was a heavy windy rain, the wipper blades were not functioning well, so late in the night, couldn't see well, had to park the truck a couple of times as the air conditioning was not functioning well with the screen very foggy. It was the grace of God that took me home with my heart in my mouth. I complained about it and they mentioned it was an oversight. I rented another van, and the service engine light was on, while the van vibrates anytime you try to move faster ,i was told the light was not an issue. I remember mentioning at some point the need to rent out their newer van that's always rather used for displays in the front of the office. First week of March, I rented a van,finished my event late and on my way back I was stopped by a state Tropper who noticed my tail light was not working after following me for a while. He Checked i had not a single history nor the problem my fault. He gave me a warning which I was sad about regardless. Overwhelmed by work, I didn't call to complain while I returned the van same night. I called the office again to make a reservation and relayed what happened, told the lady I will want a better van, she asked to put me on hold while another person did the reservation (no apology was made)and said what I said is noted. I went to pick the van on Saturday( a rainy and cold morning)... Everett Bolden attended to me, you do your reservations at the office now on your phone, he asked why my look wasn't so good, I mentioned the rain beat, cold and difficulties with the reservation (internet),he checked my phone and I mentioned to him while taking pictures of my license that I will not like an old van with the previous experience I had with the Police. He said okay, walked away, to be back when I called that the transaction wasn't going through, he echoed I'm just helping you, while the lady beside him was laughing hysterically. He mentioned I didn't open the terms hence the box check not responding while he asked I chat the agent... listen, I'm just helping you he said. I didn't look up, because I didn't want to react.The reservation went through with me imputing everything by myself, he was giving direction on where to get the key while with me,only to get there and realize it wasn't opening, he came back and fixed it,unfortunately,while in the rain I found another old Van allotted to me.I went back in and told him I want another bus, he asked if I checked the features but I said no,said I was yelling ( no I wasn't ) I asked him if that wasn't the way I was talking before while I understand he didn't want customers to know what happened earlier. He switched typed, gave me another key... while I went back into the rain looking for another old bus( a customer came out and told me he is the owner and not surprised he is acting that way that nothing will change and will cancel your reservation).I came back to ask what's the issue with all the newer vans packed outside, dropped the key on the table and requested he gave me a newer van, the lady continued laughing while everyone looked and they made it look like I wasn't doing the needful. He told me he is canceling my reservation because I dropped the key which he did, asked I take the print out which he ended up leaving on the table,I called customer service, they made another reservation for same office and asked I go back to a pick-up, asked I call back for a follow-up.he denied it again.Uhaul office did another reservation for elsewhere with assurance of follow-up with concerns that he even denied their reservation not minding what the reservation might be for.Someone suggested I go to the PENSKE shop around with a better service and my day ended well and better.
