        I visited this location on 4/8/24 ( eclipse day) waited at the speaker 10 minutes to place my order, finally I said hello and got a response, I had begun to speak my order and there and then there was dead silence and the lady came back on to take my order. I pulled up to the window payment was immediately taken then I noticed the entire staff leaving out the building from the back door and passing out glasses to see and watch the solar eclipse and left me waiting for my food. So I had to wait for there watch party was over to get some help and the food ( hot dog) was cold . Very terrible experience at this location, I will never return to the Capitol Heights MD location again. Never had this problem at Waldorf or Lexington Park location.

        The speaker wasnt working correctly or the debit card reader. The speakers looked old and dirty. The food was hard kind of cold. I usually don't go to sonics and now i see why.
