Entered Safelite on June 1 to process request for window replacement. Location is convenient. Lobby is spacious. Plenty of seating. However, I would recommend getting the cloth seats shampooed because it. doesn't look as if they've been cleaned in a while. Otherwise, wait was minimal. Had to schedule an appointment for window replacement and nothing was available for almost two weeks. Became concerned. Instead, they provided a plastic covering for my window while awaiting a new window. They suggested having the covering changed every few days to prevent the paint from lifting on my vehicle. Thankfully, no charge was made for the plastic covering and any further coverings. Update: spoke with company on June 9, window replacement cannot be found and no estimate given as to when. Decided to go with another company. Would have liked to work with company, but it didn't work out. Would recommend to others with newer car nodels.
