There are people that are put in a position where their only interest is their own, Genell Singleton is not that person. She has given us a tremendous opportunity which no one else at the company has done. Genell actually listens to your concerns and makes an earnest effort to assist, she's caring and responsive. I think she needs to be elevated to a position to train others to first listen and have compassion which in turn benefits the company. Thanks Genell for being you!

I have ben with Republic Services for about 3 year Is ben a good service and a good experience. Yan Jin She has ben patient explaining everything to me . All the services and prices she always try to give me the best price.

We're a six unit condo building. We haven't had our recycling picked up in three weeks. During a call this morning, a customer service rep could only suggest that I contact the HOA about the missed pick-ups. Just bizarre. In a small building, everyone is involved in the HOA -- and what does that have to do with Republic's lack of service?
