It was my first and will be my last time here. Got quote from employee Christy or Chris while making an appointment, and upon returning to drop off vehicle the very next day, owner and/or manager attempted to nullify/change quoted price to a higher price. After much delay, he then authorized workers to start working on my vehicle. Upon returning to pickup vehicle, I noticed that the floor mats werent properly shampooed/cleaned, and were placed inside my truck in an attempt to conceal this fact. I paid & left.

I will never ever visit this location again. As I pulled up, I called to see if I needed to make an appointment and where to pull in because there were a lot of cars there. The guy who answered the phone was extremely rude. I asked if I should pull around back and he stated Mam, is this you on the car. I said yes. He says are you kidding me, you couldve walked in here and asked all the questions you needed to ask, Im about to hang up. He actually hung up the phone. He did not know if I was handicapped, had my children in the car, or was in pain. He was as extremely rude. I had a right to call and ask any questions I needed. This is why Im skeptical on patronizing black owned businesses. Customer service is always terrible. I will never come here again or refer anyone.
