Would not recommend. Was very dissatisfied with the service that was provided. I would suggest that you go to the address that is listed to get confirmation if Living In Style Real Estate actually has an office there. So, if there is no Living In Style office there, then what would be your next thought? Listen and learn from my mistake. There are many real estate options available to you. A real estate agent should be able to answer your real estate questions. Don't get it wrong as to who is best qualified to represent your sale. Your interest should be their first interest. Do your research and see what real estate agencies charge for commissions and you would be surprise by what you learn. Don't give away the proceeds from your investment unnecessarily. Make sure that their presence at the settlement table, is what you are entitled to and not what they are going to get paid. Also, make sure that they give you the settlement proceeds distribution document in advance of the settlement date. The law requires that you have this information three days prior to closing so that it can be reviewed for mistakes.
