        Not sure if it's the manager or the owner responsible for this but they have stopped taking Ravens and Orioles discounts. Stunningly stupid thing to do. Squisitos is significantly better pizza and 30 seconds away

        Placed a pick-up order on the 31st. One of my pizzas had been tampered with (pepper bitten, garlic open and spilled). I've called 5 times. I called the night of in which I was told i'd receive a refund in 3-5 business days. My second call i'd been told that they do not know when I will receive my refund and it'll depend on my bank. My third call, I was told that i'd receive it the following day by 12. The following day I called back, and I was told by another person that it'd been processed a week prior and to check with my bank and call back if it hadnt gone through. I call back and get told theres nothing they can do. This issue has been taken very lightly being as though there is a health violation involved. Ive worked at several restaurants, a few pizza places as a manager in which I know the FDA or the auditor would not be pleased. Its not about the money its more about the lack of concern and urgency. I will not be spending my money here again.
