        Took 40 mins even when I ordered online and ahead of time. Then had the audacity to charge $2 for 3 sauces and didnt even apologize. The place was empty for those 40 minutes with no one else inside or new orders.

        The chicken was great originally, but recently I ordered fried chicken extra crispy and found some undercooked. Strange for extra crispy. This is the second time it happened so I'm done.
