Their service is too bad. The stuffs are not well trained on making Taccos. Every time we order tacos, the filling of the Tacos are outside of the tacos and loosely wrapped. Not going there anymore.

THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING! I WATCHED AN AFRICAN AMERICAN MALE EMPLOYEE LICK THE CHEESE OFF HIS GLOVES AND CONTINUE TO MAKE FOOD AND HE DID NOT TAKE HIS GLOVES OFF! I LET HIS COWORKER KNOW WHAT I SAW! THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS AND HE PROBABLY HAD BEEN DOING IT THE WHOLE TIME BECAUSE HE LOOKED VERY NATURAL DOING IT!! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN

I've had multiple disappointing experiences at the Taco Bell in Burtonsville, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it based on my visits. One of the most frustrating aspects is consistently missing items from my order. It seems like every time I visit, something is missing, whether it's a side of nachos or an entire taco. This inconsistency makes it difficult to trust that I'll receive a complete meal. Additionally, when my order is correct, the food often falls short of expectations. The tacos are often soggy, and the ingredients seem less than fresh. It's clear that there is a lack of attention to detail in the preparation of the food. Overall, my experiences at this Taco Bell have been disappointing. The frequent missing items and incorrect orders, coupled with subpar food quality, make it a place I would not recommend.
