        I did not have a positive experience with Dahan Electric. I hired them to install two bathroom lights and replace an existing bathroom exhaust fan. The existing fan had been vented out of the soffit 3 years prior by an insulation company before insulating the attic. I will say that the install went well, they really did a great job. The installers were clean and respectful of the house. However, afterwards, there was no air exhausting from the vent in the soffit. I called to ask if they could come and take a look to see if somehow the ducting had accidentally come undone as it was working properly prior to the installation of the new fan. I was gaslit by Josh telling me that his guys say they did it right. Then I was told to wait a few days and see, as if the problem would magically correct itself. After another call I was told that I shouldnt necessarily feel the air coming from the soffit vent, finally I was told that the ducting was not correctly installed in the first place. Basically, the customer is always right does not apply here. So, while Dahan Electric may do quality work, dont expect them to stand by it if there is an issue after the check clears.
