        It gets annoying going places and being treated like you are a problem for wanting something extra with your order. You ask for extra sauce in your sandwich and the employees make faces and act like you did something wrong for wanting sauce. Where did CUSTOMER SERVICE GO?

        I will never go to this Checkers again! Order a large French Fries and they taste just like grease and funnel fries. The manager had the nerve to tell me shell give me a refund this time - Huh? What? Really smh - I would love to know if she would accept that answer when she is a customer!

        2024 Update I've stopped in a few more times, and it's been decent. Got my food quickly with respectful and/or smiling faces. Food is hot in the bag, fresh, and tasty. Updating to 5 stars. 2023 Update So it's only fair I update this review a bit. I arrived late, after 10pm. Just got my daughter home from the airport. Came up through the drive-thru, placed my order quickly. The person at the register taking orders was professional, and patient. I arrived at the window and he processed my payment while taking another customer's order, did a great job multi-tasking. A few moments later I had my drink and all of the food I ordered, hot and fresh. The food tasted great, all of my items were there, and everyone behaved professionally. I'm going to update my review to 4 stars. If it happens again this way, I'll upgrade it to 5. Circa 2021 The food sometimes tastes like it's been in the bottom of the freezer for 20 years. Fries sometimes are undercooked. Staff is rude half the time.

      As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.
