If I could rate 0 stars, I WOULD!!! First time shopping here and the worst experience. Bought a perfume that was $466 and they made me sign the receipt saying that they do this so people dont try to exchange with a fake one, so I signed. Well turns out that I want to exchange it because it was the wrong one, and here they are saying that was final sale and we cannot exchange it and I signed the receipt when that is not what I was told..... now spent $466 on a perfume that we cant even exchange.. manager didnt care to help or assist.

Lisa was very helpful and sweet! I usually despise trying to find a new fragrance and always end up sticking with my signature scent because most associates arent interested in taking the time to sell to me. Today that has changed, Lisa was very attentive in listening to my likes and dislikes to try and help me pinpoint something that I would truly love. She went through about 5 or 6 perfumes, listening to my opinions on each one, tweaking her next selection based on my preference on the last until I finally found THE one. Thank you so much to her for the positive experience, I will definitely be back to shop here for my perfumes and colognes again.

i have been using D&G light blue for over 10 years. i have this place a try and bought my perfume. Theres no smell and bottle is leaking and they wont give me an exchange. Dont go to this place is a knock off store. Horrible customer service and fake perfumes that have NO smell to it. its like they added water to there perfume. Never again will i spend my money there.
