We hired John and Matthew to gut renovate one and a half bathrooms in our 1930s home. Start to finish the experience was amazing. John came to do the estimate and fully detailed out the entire expected cost for us. They helped us source the special materials and fixtures we wanted to use before work started in the house. We were in a different state while the job was going on, but received over 200 pictures and videos, had countless texts and phone calls to make sure everything was exactly as desired. There was a very clear vision about what was going to happen in both baths and Realty delivered. The final product is beyond gorgeous and exactly what we envisioned at the onset of the project. We have one more full bath in the house that will need renovating, and we will be calling Realty to help with that!

There is an obvious reason why Realty Resurrections is rated number one with the most positive reviews in Consumer Checkbook! John has been doing home remodeling for over 33 years and specializes in bathroom remodels to include mold remediation, which unfortunately we had some mold around our shower. His attention to detail and insuring our every need and wish was met with enthusiasm. He was easy to work with, always punctual, kept us updated on every step, was extremely tidy & cleaned up during the process. There were no additional charges added onto our job. We were given a schedule and was thrilled that John and his assistant Matthew completed the job ahead of schedule. John thought of every detail and went above and beyond to see that our needs were met. He extended our shower area by custom building a wall and included a bench seat inside the shower that we could sit on. Personally, I appreciate the fact that I can put my feet up there making it easier to shave my legs.  John installed new tile, listel trim, a custom bench seat, 2 niches, shower pan, thicker shower doors, an overhead vent/fan, an additional light fixture above the shower, an overhead rain head, a hand held retractable shower head on a sliding bar, new light fixtures above the mirrors, a new light above the jacuzzi, 2 new side mirror cabinets. Added a retractable hand held shower wand to the jacuzzi tub. They insulated around the jacuzzi tub & exterior walls, because the builder hadn't done this. They installed new jacuzzi & sink facets and a new much quieter ventilation fan in the toilet area. The best part is our new heated floors throughout, along with new floor tile. I'm extremely impressed with the quality of workmanship and the completed job. I'd highly recommend them to anyone wanting a quality bathroom that is completed right. We love our newly remodeled bathroom!!

If you are looking for a renovation on a bathroom to be done correctly, then John Babyak with Realty Resurrections is the correct company.  Not only was the renovation done on time, on budget, but with honesty, complete transparency and with excellent construction industry practice. All the work was done by John Babyak and Matthew and any additional work required by an electrician or plumber was done under the scrutiny of John.  In this day and age of construction industry dishonesty, you do not have to worry about dishonesty from this company. During the construction the work site was kept exceedingly clean.  We have a quadriplegic son on life support and extreme attention to detail regarding dust and chemical fumes was taken. We will refer this company to all our friends and neighbors because we are extremely impressed by the integrity displayed.  FYI this bathroom was from 1972 and had major problems and had been neglected for years.  All the completed work is worth every penny we invested. Thank you John and Matthew for the excellent work you did.  We will enjoy all your hard for many years to come.
