Do not take your car here for service, they will ask you buy tire every time your service your car. Also avoid their new car tyre plan, they will never replace uour tire when it need replacement except you have a nail in it, they should tag it nail in tyre plan and not tyre plan. They will keep collecting your money and never there when you need them. worst service center.

GREAT overall experience. My salesman Fayyaz was THE BEST. Started via text as I was at work but found a car on their lot that I liked. Fayyaz kept in touch all day, answered questions, and even had some backup cars ready for me to see when I got there. Drove about an hour to get there, and it was worth it. They were extremely busy, however, Fayyaz made sure to keep us comfortable during the whole process. This dealership drives home customer service. (pun intended) I love the car, the car loves me. The absolute best part of the deal was at the end of the night, Fayyaz gave us beautiful Keychains. Nothing says I just bought a car quite like banging the gong. Highly recommend THIS Toyota dealer, I'll see yall soon for my oil change.

Two weeks ago my father had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. After being told he was at the wrong service bay (and taking the vehicle to the right service bay he was told by Louis/Luis (sorry not sure of correct spelling) that it would be 3 hours before the vehicle would be ready! He left in disgust. You need to do much better! He had an appointment, was on time and was told 3 hours before it could be serviced. C'mon man! I told him he should have asked to be compensated in some way for his time and inconvenience but he did not he just said he'd "never go back to that place"

Took my 2012 Camry to get repairs done and the first person I encountered was a Service Consultant named Britalia King. She was a pleasure to work with and should be the model for customer service/support. The next person I met was my Certified Technician named Jimmy Flores which I found to be an excellent technician and did a great job on my car. The next person I encountered was the Concierge named Elizabeth Panoutsopoulos who was very helpful in providing assistance. Thank you folks for the work you all do so well.
