        I went to Lake Arbor location with my mom to file her taxes. The receptionist Latrice was very pleasant and patient with us, including the other folks in there trying to get their paperwork together. She was taking payments, answering phones and helping us download stuff all at the same time. I must say if yawl have her working all the time or other staff as pleasant yawl would get better ratings. She definitely got ya this 5!!!

        Michelle Lam at the Lake Arbor office was fantastic! She knows her stuff and was so friendly and gracious. I will definitely use her next year if the price for getting taxes done is reasonable. It's so high now!
