Their attention to detail and precision during the installation was truly remarkable. Not only was the workmanship top-notch, but the customer service was exceptional as well. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and always addressed any questions or concerns I had throughout the project. I originally went with a company that charged me $8,000 more than what I paid. As soon as I told Capital Improvement what I agreed to with the other company, he knew the name of the company I signed a contract with and took his time to explain all about roofing services. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of roofing services. Their dedication to excellence, professionalism, and quality work make them stand out from the rest. Reliable. Fair. Honest. Caring. I am so grateful to have met Pat and the Capitol Improvements team. They have given me much relief in knowing that my house is protected and my home is safe from elements of the environment. Pat was assuring while helping me to make the best decisions for my roof. Pat, the owner, took on my roof repair personally. To say he is one of the most personable and professional people I have ever met is a true understatement. Pat walked me through the entire process. He guided me through everything I needed to do and stayed in touch with me throughout the process. I could not imagine a better person to have taken care of my home. I trust Pat implicitly!
