        Courtesy, competency, with professionalism to completion, was my experience here with the Print and Marketing Staff. I visited here on Friday, April 14, 2023. Thanks to the TEAM of professionals led by Jennifer, which includes Emmanuel, Isaiah, and Victor for the great assistance!!! Thanks Jennifer for the help and oversight!!!

        Victor in the printing department has horrible customer service. Instead of printing out 2 pieces of black and white paper for my black owned small business, he decided to inconvenience me after I waited patiently in line. No manager has ever told me they do not have time to print out papers because theyre trying to go on break and not enough staff. please raise minimum wage so your workers do not have to ever act like Victor. He also should find another job if he doesnt like printing papers in the Printing papers department. Thanks to Syed for making my experience better. 2 stars for Syed saving the day.

        I went in to have a sewing pattern printed.The customer service was outstanding ! Mateo was very helpful. Thanks Update I just picked up my patterns and everything was perfect. Again customer service was great! Thanks Victor
