If I could give zero stars I WOULD. They called and cancelled my third session and said the machine was under maintenance and they would call back to reschedule. A month later I called them, they said the machine was still being fixed and they would give me an extra session once the machine is working again. I wait another 2 weeks. They say the machine is still down and theyll call me back. I wait another 2 weeks they say the machine is still being serviced. I wait another month and they say the machine is still being serviced. But now they have RECENT reviews for hair removal services. I got scammed. They cashed the Groupon voucher without the intention of rendering me the FULL services that I paid for. Then they told Groupon I ONLY used 2 sessions.. as if I had the option to complete all 6 sessions! I have already filed a complaint for fraud.

I love the ambiance and the environment. Dr. Akomah and Staff are prompt and attentive to the needs of their client. They aim to deliver the best quality service and that has been all that I have received. I have been always left the office satisfied.

I have been getting laser hair removal at Zcares Health with Janelle and her service is outstanding. She is friendly, conversational and attentive to her customers. She makes you feel comfortable and the office is beautiful & always clean. I travel really far to get her services and it's worth it. I can't wait to see the full results of the laser hair removal and I will update this review as time goes by.

Janelle of Z Cares Health was absolutely wonderful! Very customer service friendly, and made herself available to explain any questions/concerns I had, even if she had to explain them more than once. I highly recommend their services!
