Oopsie Daisies

Credit to the business for delivering by 7pm the next day, and for calling to say they didnt have ranunculus but would sub roses and keep the same vibe. The roses are lovely, but not sure the elegant vibe lined up. Posting photos of what was ordered vs delivered. Its probably best to call ahead to be sure what youre ordering is in stock, and consider a different bouquet if its not. The person I spoke with was pleasant.

The customer service is impeccable. Also deliveries are all ways time. Flowers are always fresh. I will go to Bowie or go online to Oopsie daisys to order flowers.

I used Oopsie Daisies for a Valentines Day delivery for my wife. We had a couple challenges due to the uncertainties that can come with a Valentines Day delivery schedule and my wife's office hours not lining up, but I received a prompt call from the owner keeping me in the loop and working with me to ensure I was accepting of any deviations from the plan. Obviously a hiccup is never ideal, but if you've ever used a big website storefront, a hiccup is a dealbreaker, navigating 800 numbers and robocalls. The customer service from a local shop can't be beat. And... you simply can't argue with these results, it is a stunning arrangement. My wife loves them. I strongly recommend supporting your local shops and consider Oopsie Daisies for your florist needs.

I placed an order for a premium bouquet. Once all the fees, delivery, etc. were added in the price was about $140. I was very surprised to receive a photograph from my niece that showed a bouquet that was not premium. The flowers were snapdragons, daisies etc. The level of flower you would expect to get out of grocery store, not a premium bouquet from a florist. When I called to complain, it was explained to me that these were premium flowers. Also, she pointed out that I asked for designers choice, and this is what the designer had chosen. Every arrangement featured on their site featured roses, ronoculus, or some other premium flower. When I mentioned that, for example, there were no roses. It was explained to me that roses do not belong in birthday bouquets. ??? To make it better, the person on the phone said the next time I Order, I can ask for standard, and it will be upgraded to premium. As if I would ever come here again. I am attaching a photo. You tell me if you think this looks like a $140 arrangement. Also, see that little piece of ribbon? That is a bow for which I was charged extra. I do a lot of business with florists, all over the country. I dont think that my expectations were unreasonable based on my experiences with many other vendors.

During the holidays, I lost my beloved father. On top of navigating through my grief, I learned of funeral costs that exceeded my expectations. As I refused to pay the amount that the funeral home charges for the funeral spray, I asked a friend to find a local florist with reasonable prices. During her research of various florists, she spoke with Lana (owner) and Lana's caring response to my situation assured her that Oopsie Daisies would be the florist to provide what I needed. My friend was right. It was apparent to me upon speaking with Lana that she cares about her customers. It is not just a business for her...a rare quality. She took the time to express sympathy and empathy for my loss. For the flowers, I was not in the mindset to provide lots of details. She understood and assured me that she would prepare a lovely arrangement at a cost that was far less than the funeral home's price. On the day of the funeral, I was amazed by the beauty of the flowers on my father's casket. They were simply gorgeous and looked far better than the flowers within the funeral home's flower options. Thank you, Lana, for helping to make my father's homegoing celebration beautiful.
