Metropolitan Bath and Tile

Alex did a great job w/ re-grouting, caulking & sealing the marble tile floor in the shower. I would definitely use them again as well as recommend them highly.

Arrived on time, answered every question and we had a lot of questions, and did it all with a pleasant attitude. I have never been this comfortable moving forward with something at this scale.

Metropolitan Bath and Tile did our original installations for our Master Bath and Guest Bathroom. It has been a little over ten years since the installations, but we are still thrilled with the top-quality work they did. Recently, we noticed a part had broken in the tub diverter spout in our guest bath, and our hand-held shower in the Master needed to be replaced. We called Metropolitan Bath and they said they had recently set up a new service department to take care of existing customers that were out of warranty. The service manager also suggested I contact Moen directly as they warrant their products for life. I did and sure enough we had the parts shipped to us for no charge. The fit us in their service schedule and the technician (Rob) that responded was wonderful. He had us back in service in no time and we are back to loving our bathrooms again. I strongly recommend Metropolitan Bath and Tile and will use them for our Powder room.
