I had 2 salesman that helped with my purchase Manny Leon & Spencer Cooksey they both did an exceptional job! They treated like a king. They went out of there way to make sure I was 125% satisfied. I called the General Manager. His or her name is Unis (not sure of the correct spelling.) I ask them about the price of the van to ensure the correct information on the website, but my phone is disconnected because of bad service. I can't call them again. The reason is I found out the price is reduced on the website. The new car manager gave me for the Pacifica hybrid plug-in price. So, I am not sure if the new car manager gave me the correct information about the price.

I took my Jeep in to be serviced last week for the first time with Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Bowie and Im glad I did. Laynas professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail truly impressed me. While I was waiting she let me know of the recalls that I had on my Jeep and how long each one was going to take. I truly appreciate the outstanding service that I received while there. Your dedication to customer satisfaction is truly remarkable.

I made an appointment to get some issues diagnosed on my vehicle with the service department. Once I got to the department before they even diagnosed the vehicle, they told me I would have to leave my truck for 3 to 4 days. They said they had a long queue of people waiting to have their vehicles diagnosed, and that the vehicle would have to stay on site until they were able to get to it to even diagnose what was wrong with my vehicle. I told him exactly what was wrong, and it was some electrical codes that the truck was throwing. I dont understand the purpose of making an appointment with the service department if my truck is going to sit there for 3 to 4 days doing nothing waiting for them to work on it. I ended up not getting any services rendered to my vehicle that I came there and left frustrated because they have no loaner cars and I cant afford to have my truck that I use for work out for 3 to 4 days while work isnt even being done on it
