        Ive been Living here for 5 months and will say its so clean and managment has been nothing but helpful and responsive with all my questions about the amenities that come with living here.

        These pictures were taken in October of 2023 at Alvista Bowie. I have lived here for a little over a year and dealt with black mole in my windows. The leasing manger tells the maintaince crew to clean it with bleach instead of resealing the windows to prevent moisture or fixing the problem permanantly. If you can don't bring yourself or your love one here to live at Alvista Bowie. Update - 2/22/24 In response to management comment... someone was sent to my apartment to "fix" the mold problem, but it has returned because the core issue has not been addressed. I have attached updated photos as proof. Bear in mind my original post was four months earlier, still with no resolve.

      Hello, thank you for taking the time to submit your review. We are saddened to see the low rating. I can assure you that we take all of these issues very seriously and do our best to address any of these items as they are brought to our attention. At times, there can be areas around window seals that may show discoloration from moisture and dew that may resemble mold, but is not mold and can be treated by cleaning it with the appropriate chemicals. We have requested a professional restoration company to assess your home to confirm there are no mold concerns just to be safe, and they will be providing guidance on treatment to ensure it all gets addressed correctly.
