    Woodmore has an Assistant Manager named Michael, who is so pleasant to work with. He treats the residents with so much respect and cares tremendously about the satisfaction of residents experience. Michael goes above and beyond and I would highly recommend that existing and future residents work with him on any questions

    I have placed way too many calls and waited for a response. Of course I have not received a call so I am reaching out to you here.. Is it true that your elevator in building 5 has been out since Thursday? This is unacceptable with you having tenants living on the 4th floor. I am sure you are aware that this puts the safety and health of your tenants at risk. In the event of a medical emergency EMS would not be able to respond quickly and you have left your tenants exposed like this since Thursday and they are still counting. Now your staff has stopped answering the phone in your onsite office and emergency maintenance will not answer. You all will not pay to have the trash collected and now there is a gang of crows chasing your tenants into the building. And please start shampooing the carpet and remove the stains. You got to do better! *****Thanks so much for the response here because I did not receive a response to my most recent email to you. Additionally, the phone number you left here is the number that tenants have been calling and no answers, looks like they are only interested in calls from prosecutors tenants. Also no one answers the emergency maintenance number either. Now that the property is into the 2nd week of no elevator I hope you plan to do more to assist your paying tenants. Right here at the holiday season and no one has offered to assist with getting grocery to units and delivery services do not want to keep claiming 4 flights of stairs.**** *****Well Ms. Desire Gordon apparently no longer with Murn***** Who is your registered agent ****** So we continue to go through this. I have attempted to reach Ms. Gordon your regional person and Ms. Lagan. Havent heard from Ms. Lagan and the email for Ms. Gordon came back undeliverable. It seems the only place you all respond to are the Google and other social media comments. Your response seems so disingenuous as you know you have problems and concerns and you have my contact information but you will not reach out and nothing is being resolved. Now Im sure you are aware of the most recent egregious incident and I guess you are waiting for me to share this online as well. I will indeed do so or someone from Murn Properties can contact me and address the issues. Either way I need the information regarding the registered agent for both Murn Properties and St. Joseph Apartments. Thanking you in advance! ******You say this openly on the internet, then you ignore the emails and do not respond. Perhaps I need to post the receipts. This way anyone on the fence about Woodmore Apartments and Murn Property Management will be clear about the dereliction of service and duty we experience.
