Mark and his team are top-notch! His attention to detail, communication, patience, and eye for shots are as good as it gets. Above all else, he is a story teller. Our business is built around its narrative; it's our story that makes customer's choose us over our competitors. We had heard great things about Mark's ability to bring out the best in a story, and he absolutely exceeded our expectations. We came to Mark with so many concepts in mind for our first project hoping to somehow fit them all into a 5 minute video. He helped us hone our focus on a more specific goal for the project, which ensured the key points really hit home. Our biggest fear was that cutting some elements would make it feel watered down; instead, Mark's insight allowed us to draw out even more depth with the parts of the story that we did develop. His editor Robbie and photographer Kathy are also awesome at their craft. Last but not least, it was a blast working with them!
