Brian did amazing work for us. We recently relocated to DC from Denver and were looking to buy. When we finally found a house that suited us in our price range, Brian's expertise in the market was vital to winning the house, against 4 other offers. The way he approached it was "this is what it will take to win the house, you do what you're comfortable with". There was no sales pressure, just complete market expertise. His analysis was spot-on, we won the house by only $2,500.
