Shiva was so wonderful to work with during our first time buying a home. She helped us figure out what we were looking for, showed us a lot of great properties, and really helped us once we found the perfect house for us during the homebuying process. Her support in that last step was a game changer since it was our first time, we knew she had our back and helped us follow up with our lender, title agent, inspector, etc. I would (and have!) recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area!

We feel so lucky that we found Shiva to help us to find a house. She is patient, knowledgeable and calm who can make good suggestions and who always keeps your interest high and above anything else. Initially we were looking for a property in the North Bethesda/Potomac area but when the house prices rose so quickly we expanded our search to Silver Spring where we found the right place. All the time Shiva was helping us, for more than 6 months! She knew what we wanted although our requirements changed in time. My family and I moved to Maryland knowing we wanted to find our forever home, but the market was insane with multiple competing offers on every home we liked. Shiva expertly and sincerely guided us through this time in helping us find the right home. She was very in tune with market trends in valuation and contract terms and was dialed in to a great network that made her very resourceful. But most importantly she displayed patience and great listening skills when showing us homes and ensuring we made a decision we would love forever. Its been a few weeks since moving in and every day I realize how much value I have in the home we ultimately found. Im confident it was a great investment and the perfect place for my family to make a home.

If I can give Shiva a thousand stars I would, shes the best realtor Ive ever worked with. Shes classy, honest, Professional, genuine, extremely knowledgeable and always looked out for my best interest. I was interested in a house that was a bit off the gird and was ready to put an offer when she suggested we wait to check out the house at night to see if the street was well lit so I can feel safe driving and getting home at night; when we spotted the next-door neighbor outside, she suggested we chat with her to find out more about the neighborhood. Her guidance helped me find my perfect home. she taught me what to look for in a home. Im extremely lucky I got the chance to work with Shiva and have her represent me.
