We had an exceptionally positive experience with Robert Jenets as our seller’s agent. Bob is very well connected, and his professional network of area brokers and agents quickly brought in multiple buyers to our home that went under contract at full ask in less than 24 hours after the first showing. Bob was responsive to our needs, easy to get ahold of, and quick to answer calls or texts. He arrived early to appointments, answered all our questions, and was respectful of our time. Most impressive was just how hard he worked to secure the home sale at the price we wanted given market conditions. His support went beyond the typical work required to complete the deal. For example, when faced with an unforeseen child care issue right before our scheduled closing date, Bob offered to help find a solution. We were appreciative of the extra effort Bob took to support and care for our family throughout the entire process. Also impressive were the steps Bob took to make us feel safe with potential buyers visiting our home during the Pandemic. His actions were consistent with CDC recommendations. We had a terrible experience with Robert Jenets at an open house earlier today. We showed up at 1 pm and were at the house for no more than 15 minutes. During the last 5 minutes, our two year old threw a tantrum, and I immediately brought him outside. I came back into the house a couple of minutes later to tell my husband that it was time to go, and we were clearly preparing to leave as I was putting his coat on. Robert Jenets approached me with what I thought was going to be an offer of help, and instead rudely told me that I needed to leave immediately as my son’s crying was disturbing others looking at the house. The house was a young family’s home and no doubt they would like to be represented by a realtor who shows kindness and empathy to parents in a situation like this. Additionally, Mr. Jenets did nothing during the open house. He showed up 4 minutes before it was set to begin, never introduced himself, and failed to ask if we had any questions. Perhaps a hot DC metro area market allows him to be lazy in the sales process. Choose another realtor.

We gave Bob quite a challenge - sell our house while we coordinated a last minute international move with three young kids and pets during a pandemic. And boy did Bob deliver! He came to us highly recommended and guided us effortlessly through an extremely difficult time. Bob Jenets is the consummate professional. He led us through the process of selling our house with no hassle or drama. Since we had already moved out of Maryland, Bob offered to arrange and manage the small exterior and interior touch-ups needed to show off our house. Once we had an accepted offer, Bob kept on top of the transaction so that we were able to close in three weeks! Throughout the process, Bob was communicative about what to expect and focused on meeting our sales objectives. I recommend him in the highest terms. Thanks Bob!
