Purchased a property June 2023, that was sold by Lan Yin of LuxManor Real Estate group. The contractor that Lan Yin/New 9th Court hired to flip the property was negligent and deficient in several areas, thus costing me several thousands dollars in repair. Currently pursuing litigation against Lan Yin and New 9th Court. Buyer beware.
